Infiniti G37 Sedan

In 2007, Infiniti released the totally redesigned, next-generation G35 sedan. In 2009, Infiniti changed the heart of the sedan to a 328hp 3.7 liter variant and further, designated it the G37. The 2009 sedan is available with four models including the G37 base, G37 Sedan Journey, G37S Sedan Sport 6MT and G37x Sedan AWD utililizing the advanced ATESSA E-TS all-wheel drive system. Transmission options vary from a base 7sp automatic with manual mode (paddle shifters added to Journey packages with Sport option) to the 6sp manually-equipped Sport 6MT. The G37 Sedan also includes an extensive list of available technology features, including a touch screen navigation system with XM NavTraffic and NavWeather Real-Time information, RearView Monitor, an available 11-speaker Infiniti "Studio on Wheels" by Bose audio system with 24-bit Burr Brown DAC, 3-way door speaker arrays with 10-inch woofers and a 9.3GB Music Box Hard Drive, and Advanced Climate Control System (ACCS) with Plasmacluster air purifier.

For 2010, the Infiniti G37 Sedan receives a new front fascia with updated grille, headlights, and new fog lights. More change is evident in the rear as the sedan receives tweaks including new dual exhaust finishers. Inside are further refinements of the materials utilized/offered including a new center console for 7sp models. A 2GB Music Box Flash Memory Music Server is available with the Premium Package. Other enhancements for 2010 include a new, predominately white color scheme for the gauges and LCD instrument display, improving both legibility and cohesiveness of design.

2011 brought a new offering in the form of the 2.5L G25 and G25x models. The G37 sedan received a new Moonroof package for the G37x and a new color, Melbec Black.

2012 changes revolve around the Limited Edition (400 worldwide) and Sport Appearance Editon. The G37 Limited Edition adds a new Graphite interior color (replaces the previous Monaco Red interior), a Black Obsidian exterior color and dark-finish 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels. The G37 Sport Appearance Edition model changes include a new Midnight Black grille. Other 2012 refinements include one new exterior color, Malbec Black, for all models (excluding G25, Limited Edition and Sport Appearance Edition).
